Practice
del Renzio & del Renzio is an RIBA Chartered Architects Practice in Ramsgate, Kent and was founded in 2014 by two brothers, Ivan and Pier-Luigi del Renzio. Our young design-led and inclusive practice is focused on well detailed architecture and interiors alongside landscaping and public art projects. We work well with like minded domestic, community-led and commercial clients. We predominantly work in Thanet and across the Kent coast but also further afield nationally with select clients.
We are becoming well known for our thoughtful approach to architecture, atypical extensions and conversions, passive retrofit solutions, renovation and restoration works to elderly, unusual and Listed buildings. Our practice encourages good sustainable design, we care about your carbon footprint and how your building performs throughout its lifecycle. We can assist self-builders and home builders alike and enjoy developing distinct new build homes and medium sized housing developments of an individual nature.
We take a balanced approach between the revitalisation of existing buildings and their historic context alongside new buildings and the modern day needs of the built environment and the positive impact this can have upon our seaside town and beyond. We use this knowledge to help develop our client’s brief; combining experience with the robust creative process akin to a larger scale architectural practice.
